WeiAo single-log furnace is actually the pre-heat stage for the log
prior to extrusion.
In the furnace, the log will be heated intensely and rapidly by LPG
or Natural gas. We then use hydraulic method to cut the log by
hot shear as well as feed-in and retreating.
All main electric components used are original international
well-known brands. The whole heating and cutting process (for
feed-in,brushing, heating to cutting) is controlled by PLC.
The critical point of technology to this furnace is the
control of temperature to the billet. Our engineers need to ensure
the furnace temperature can increase significantly and rapidly but
without any billet melting. And we did this!
After that the billet is devlier to the extruder for
extrusion. If the remaining log is shorter than 250mm, the
automatic system will give out warning singal to user for
change.
